Reception is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If your arrival is outside these hours, you will be attended through our remote reception, available from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Upon arrival, please use the telephone at the door. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions for your entry, including the access code to the front door and the number of your flat. Guests can also inform us of their arrival time by emailing booking@coronamar.com or by calling (+34) 928 51 22 27. Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time must be before 11 am. We offer free safety deposit boxes in all apartments. Each safe operates with a personal 4- or 6-digit code, which guests set themselves upon arrival.

Bei planmäßiger Ankunft im Zielgebiet ab 04:00 Uhr morgens steht das Hotelzimmer am Ankunftstag erst ab der offiziellen Check-In-Zeit des jeweiligen Hotels zur Verfügung. Ebenso ist die offizielle Check-Out-Zeit des Hotels am Tag der Abreise einzuhalten. Dies schließt Rückflüge bis 3:00 Uhr am Folgetag ein. Früh-Check-In bzw. Spät-Check-Out können je nach Verfügbarkeit und gegen einen Aufpreis über unser Service Team hinzugebucht werden.

Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass vom 17. November bis voraussichtlich zur zweiten Dezemberwoche 2025 Verbesserungsarbeiten im Corona Mar stattfinden werden, die sich hauptsächlich auf den Empfangsbereich konzentrieren.
Während dieses Zeitraums wird es etwa eine Woche mit geringem Lärm geben. Zudem werden die Türen von 6 Apartments ausgetauscht (diese sind bereits blockiert, um Auswirkungen auf die Gäste zu vermeiden).
Zusätzlich:
• Die Safes werden bis dahin in den Apartments installiert sein.
• Der Empfangsdienst wird aus dem Büro erfolgen, wobei der Zugang für die Gäste über die Tür neben dem Maschinenraum erfolgt.
