Bookings for 5 rooms or more, are considered a group and other terms and conditions will apply. (Upon request and availability). Kids Eat Free at The Grove Resort & Spa (Breakfast, lunch and dinner in Valencia Restaurant included for kids ages 12 and under. One kid for each adult dining on a regularly-priced entree. Kids meals are from kid’s menu and do not include applicable taxes or gratuities.) EARLY DEPARTURES: Distributor/Tour Operator will be charged a one-night early departure fee comprised of the Net Rate and applicable taxes for guests that do not utilize all nights originally booked. Hotel with Resort Fee There is a nominal daily fee for parking per vehicle per day to be paid locally by the guest. When the hotel does rate changes or promotions, the hotel will not allow under no circumstances to cancel existing reservations and rebook at the changed rates or the conditions of the promotion. The condo will be stocked with one roll of paper towels, one sponge, one washing machine detergent, one small bottle of liquid dish soap, and one tablet of dishwasher detergent. Trash service every other day for stays lasting (3) nights or more. Trash will be emptied, toilet paper will be replaced, and bath amenities will be filled. Full cleaning will be conducted on the 5th day for stays lasting 8 nights or more. During this cleaning, towels and linens will also be replaced. Condo cleaning supplies will not be restocked Additional full-service cleaning can be arranged in advance for a separate fee and must be scheduled at the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Covered and uncovered parking is available for a daily fee to be paid locally by the guest. Children under 10 years old enjoy the following benefit: 1 free kids’ meal with the purchase of each adult meal. Conditions: Cannot be combined with any other offer. The child must be present. Valid only in Valencia. Not valid during special events and holidays.
